Beloit – Road Ranger with McDonald's on Highway 75 in South Beloit
Janesville – K-Mart on Highway 14
Rockford – Clock Tower Inn

*Pickup locations are subject to change based on the trip and the home cities of people going. In your confirmation letter, you will be notified of the pickup locations. You may be subject to parking fees.

Cancellation Policy

GVG Tours reserves the right to cancel a trip up to seven days prior to departure with full refund.

Cancellation Insurance

Cancellation insurance may be purchased for any trip from Nancy at Action Travel. The cost of the insurance is based on the cost of the trip. It can provide both trip cancellation and emergency health insurance.
