We will visit breathtaking estates and exotic locales you see on House and Garden Television. Splendid architecture from several different eras and jaw-dropping gardens dot the cityscape and invite visitors to escape into their grandeur. Our first stop is the Captain Frederick Pabst Mansion which is considered the finest example of Flemish Renaissance Revival Mansion in America. This mansion represents the epitome of America’s Gilded Age splendor in Milwaukee.

Next we will visit Villa Terrace Decorative Arts Museum where you will explore a magnificent Italian Renaissance-style villa overlooking Lake Michigan. The villa has a beautiful 16th century Italian garden complete with a cascading ‘water staircase”.

We will eat lunch at Bartolotta’s Lake Park Bistro. The Bistro sits on a high scenic bluff that overlooks Lake Michigan. You will enjoy your meal of authentic French country cooking.

After the meal, we will work off some calories by exploring Lake Park which was designed by Frederick Law Olmstead (the legend who designed NYC Central Park).

We will finish the tour by visiting Boerner Botanical Gardens. Boerner Gardens is one of only 23 test sites for roses in America. Over 400 varieties of roses and flowers are undergoing trials at the garden.
